So, whether you’re an avid adventurer or a newbie to mother nature, this adventure girls getaway, hosted by Sophie Everard, is all about less thinking, more doing! Dive headfirst, into the thrill of broadening your horizons with a week-long experience of Paddleboarding, Equestrian, Yoga and Cycling - what a way to break out of your comfort zone and explore who you really are! Our upcoming locations will transport you to the likes of Morocco and Bali, are you ready?

Whether it’s pulse-racing or peaceful, you’ll experience how empowering a life immersed in adventure, travel & outdoor sports can be. From Private Volleyball Coaching partnered with Richmond Volleyball to a day cruising down the river in your very own rowing boat.

Our adventure days are filled with a whole lotta’ fire and energy - proving the perfect moments for genuine friendship building. Think All-Ladies Pub-Golf, Rollerblading Experience, White Water rafting and so much more.

INDULGENT

SPA DAYS

Sometimes the only way to truly relax is to leave the hustle and bustle of the office behind and escape to a luxury spa! Partnered with some of the UK's most plush venues - including Hotel Café Royal, you’ll be invited to relax within the lavish Moroccan Hammam Baths or try something new with free diving offered in the grandest 60ft swimming pool with the UK’s best female Freediver who will run exclusive breathwork practice sessions with you.

Whichever you prefer, you’ll be sure to find yourself lost in cosy moments snuggled by the fire with your newfound besties. Other activities include Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Spa Treatments.
