When you arrive, you’ll be handed your very own hand-pan, a beautifully healing instrument tuned to 432 Hz.

  • One Hour Private Handpan Tuition: Learn how to play the handpan with personal guidance from an expert. Each Fiena member will be provided with their own handpan.

  • One Hour Soundbath: Immerse yourself in a magical spiritual journey with a handpan soundbath, led by Anas, Dubai’s top handpan player. Let the soothing tones guide you into deep relaxation.

  • Bonfire Social: Enjoy a cozy social gathering around a bonfire with soft drinks and candles, creating the perfect desert ambiance.

  • Optional Photoshoot: Capture the moment in the stunning desert setting with a professional photoshoot, should you wish to have memories of this unforgettable experience.

 

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, April 5
Location: Last Exit Al Qudra (next to Hidden Cafe, Dubai)
Cost: 150 AED per person 
What to bring: Mats, warm clothes, a big warm blanket, and snacks (water will be provided, but food is not included)

Here’s the schedule for the day:
4:00 PM: Arrival at Last Exit Al Qudra. We’ll then head to a nearby location as a group, easily accessible without needing 4x4 vehicles. Kindly be on time.
4:30 – 5:15 PM: Handpan distribution to all Fiena members, followed by a session with the music piece “Heartbeat.”


5:30 – 6:00 PM: Social mingling . PLUS our Fiena photographer will be on hand if you want your own photos in the desert. 

6:00 – 7:30 PM: Sound Trip session led by Shereen & Anas, featuring a variety of instruments. 


8:00 – 9:00 PM: Mingling and social time around the bonfire, surrounded by candles for a cozy, magical atmosphere.

About Anas Al Halabi:
Anas Al Halabi, a Syrian composer and the first handpan player in the Middle East, has performed in over 20 countries worldwide. He and his orchestra won the Best Integrated Orchestra award from the Culture Authority in Dubai in 2022. Anas’s music beautifully blends Sufi and classical influences, offering a truly unique sound.

What is the HandPan
The handpan is a beautiful and healing instrument, invented in Switzerland and tuned to 432 Hz, known for its therapeutic properties. It’s the only instrument where the notes and harmonies are directly connected, allowing for improvisation and a deeply emotional experience. Anas created the first-ever handpan orchestra with 100 players, and for this special event, each Fiena member will have their own handpan to learn the magical piece called "Heartbeat" under his expert guidance.

It’s an experience that will leave you feeling uplifted, inspired, and deeply connected to both the music and the community.
