This globally recognised awareness day has championed access to inclusive and holistic health services for women since 1987. This curated experience is designed to provide a restorative, empowering space for our female community.
We’ll begin the day with a refreshing iced matcha welcome, before dividing into two intimate groups for a holistic wellness journey:
Group 1: Yoga or Reformer Pilates
Group 2: Rēvive (Cold Plunge + Sauna)
After the first session, the groups will switch to ensure everyone enjoys both the movement and recovery experiences.
The event will close with a talk and discussion centred around women’s health and wellbeing.
