Join us on Saturday 24th May for a relaxed afternoon of movement, recovery, and connection—created to honour women’s wellbeing in celebration of the International Day of Action for Women’s Health (28th May).
Recognised globally since 1987, this day shines a light on the importance of accessible, holistic healthcare for women. In that same spirit, this experience has been thoughtfully designed to give our community a space to slow down, recharge, and feel empowered together.
We’ll ease into the afternoon with a refreshing iced matcha welcome, where you’ll be greeted by the brilliant founding team behind Rē Social Wellness. They'll share their inspiring journey and what led them to create this beautiful wellness and longevity space- driven by a real passion for helping people feel better, live longer and reconnect with themselves.
Then, we’ll divide into two small groups for a nourishing wellness journey:
Group 1: Yoga or Reformer Pilates
Group 2: Rēvive (Cold Plunge + Sauna)
Midway through, we’ll switch over so everyone gets to enjoy both sessions.
We’ll come back together at the end for an open conversation on women’s health sharing stories, insights and a relaxed Q&A with the Rē team.
