Get ready to soar through the air and unleash your inner acrobat at our exciting event, "Fly & Twirl: Unleash Your Inner Aerial Goddess!" We are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with the renowned PoleFit Dubai to bring you an unforgettable evening of aerial and pole fitness.

Join us on the 16th of July at 6 pm for a captivating experience like no other. 

The evening will kick off with a 15-minute warm-up session to prepare your body and mind for the exhilarating activities ahead. Once warmed up, we will split the class into two groups to ensure everyone gets a chance to try both aerial disciplines: silks and pole.

The first half of the class will indulge in a 30-minute silks session. Under their expert guidance, you will learn graceful aerial silk techniques, including mesmerising wraps, climbs, and drops. 

Simultaneously, the second half of the class will embark on a thrilling 30-minute pole session. They will guide you through a series of dynamic pole moves, spins, and transitions, empowering you to embrace your strength and grace. 

But the fun doesn't end there! After the first 30-minute session, we'll swap groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to explore both the aerial silks and pole fitness disciplines.

The event is priced at 130 AED, which includes the class and a refreshing drink of your choice (coffee or smoothie) that you can enjoy after your class. Please let us know your preference upon arrival, and we'll make sure it's prepared for you.
